HACCP certification program.

Enterprise application stage

First of all, the enterprise to apply for HACCP certification must be chosen by qualified and experienced professional background of the third party certification body recognized by the state, so as to ensure that the certification authority and certificate validity, ensure certification results and product consumption country official verification system convergence. The applicant shall also declare that the HACCP system has been fully operational. The certification body shall be responsible for all the information and information provided and communicated by the enterprise. Certification fee will be based on the size of the enterprise, product variety, technology, security risks and the number of days required for the audit, in accordance with the standards set by the CNAB billing.

Certification audit phase

The HACCP system audit process is usually divided into two stages, the first stage is the document review, including SSOP plan, GMP program, staff training plan, equipment maintenance plan, HACCP plan. Certificate holding phase

In view of the fact that HACCP is a safety control system, so the certificate is valid for one year at most, the certified enterprise shall ensure the continuous operation of the HACCP system in the effective period of the certificate, the certification body must accept at least once every half a year surveillance audit. If the certified party has made significant changes to its HACCP based food safety system within the validity period of the certificate, it shall notify the certification body, the certification body will increase the frequency of supervision and certification or arrange for review.

Stage of review

Certification bodies will be approved by the enterprise HACCP certificate before the end of the review of the arrangements for the system, through the review of certification bodies will be certified enterprises to renew the new certification.

In addition, in accordance with the requirements of the regulations and customer requirements, in the certificate validity period, the recipient may also be subject to official and customer verification of the HACCP system.
